Our data product is unique in that it combines our compliance platform (SaaS) with our implementation services, because we believe that both go hand in hand. All of our packages include our services at no additional cost, except the Self-service Package.
Our platform receives all the user data we collect for you and distributes it to the systems you specify, e.g. cloud platforms, data pipelines, analytics tools, and marketing technologies. The user interface allows you to easily manage your user event data for your tools and your use cases.
Compliance features: Tools to ensure legal data
When we collect user data for you as part of our implementation services, we make sure that any data contains the user’s consent status. This piece of information is used by our platform to adjust individual data points to ensure compliance.
Our platform contains the data modification features required to ensure legal compliance with rules and regulations from different jurisdictions. Additionally, our monitoring features constantly scan the data flowing through for potential leaks of PII.
Completeness features: Configure synthetic data
When user don’t consent to the processing of user-related data, our platform can create supplemental synthetic data that is not user-related but mimics user-related data. This is very helpful for two major scenarios:
- When your existing third-party tools expect user-related data, for example analytics tools and marketing technologies.
- When your teams analyze user-related data, they don’t need to adjust for consent-related data loss and can use the data as is.
If you use any type of synthetic data, we highly recommend to generate it in a central place because you end up with different sets of data that don’t match.
