Our services: Collecting legal data for you
Our data product is unique in that it combines our compliance platform (SaaS) with our implementation services, because we believe that both go hand in hand. All of our packages include our services at no additional cost, except the Self-service Plan.
We believe that you shouldn’t waste your time making sure you get all the necessary data for your tools and use cases, and doing so in compliance with the law. Instead, you should be able to focus on using the data in your tools and for your use cases.
Implementation services: Gathering user event data
Using an approach that minimizes the work load for developers, we collect user events (also known as digital analytics, clickstream, behavioral data) from websites and mobile apps, but also other user-facing systems, e.g. CRMs.
When we work on the initial implementation as well as ongoing updates, we collaborate closely with your IT/tech teams (scroll down for more) and your legal/compliance team (scroll down for more).
Compliance services: Assuring your data is legal
Achieving compliance and completeness starts at the source, where data is first created. This task requires in-depth technical and legal expertise, something we have been specializing in for over a decade. We started out in Europe, which is very strict, and help companies anywhere as more and more jurisdictions follow Europe’s lead.
Since we are not a law firm and can’t provide legal advice, we use our legal and technical understanding to propose technical solutions to legal requirements to lawyers we work with and the legal teams of our customers (scroll down for more).
Working with IT: Minimizing developer efforts
Before creating our compliance platform, we helped companies gather user event data for over a decade, see our previous work. In our projects, we always focused on two things, legal compliance and minimal IT efforts.
Our approach saves up to 95% of developer resources without compromising data quality, mainly because:
- We specialize in deriving data from existing code.
- We collect minimal data points from the emitting system.
- Our platform enriches emitted data on the server-side.

We are primarily a technology company, but we have always placed great importance on regulatory compliance as well due to the type of customers we have worked with over the past decade and often conducted audits for.
